Storage & security

Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text); NIN/BVN and other sensitive identifiers are encrypted at rest. Access to personal data is restricted by administrator role.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to correct it via the Contact & Complaints page, subject to our record-keeping obligations under AML/KYC rules.

Retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as required by applicable Nigerian financial record-keeping regulations.
