Refund / Cancellation Policy

Deposits

A deposit that has not yet been verified may be cancelled by contacting support; no funds have moved until verification, since verification is what credits your balance.

Investments

Investments run for the duration stated on the product page. Early cancellation, where a product allows it, is handled by our Finance team and may be subject to the product's terms; not all products support early exit.

Withdrawals

A withdrawal that is still 'pending' may be cancelled by contacting support before it is approved. Once marked 'paid', funds have left the Platform and cannot be reversed by the Platform.

Erroneous transactions

If you believe a transaction was made in error, raise a support ticket immediately with your transaction ID. Corrections, where warranted, are posted as new, audited ledger entries — balances are never edited directly.
