These Terms govern your use of INVEST PRO ("the Platform"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, resident in Nigeria (or otherwise legally able to use the Platform), and able to complete our KYC process.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and 2FA device secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Investment products

Every product's minimum, maximum, duration, risk level and return (target or, where explicitly marked, guaranteed) is stated on its product page before you invest. Investing carries risk, including loss of principal — see our Risk Disclosure.

4. Deposits & withdrawals

Deposits are credited only after manual verification by an authorized Finance Officer. Withdrawals are processed after admin review and may take time to reach your bank. Fees are disclosed before you confirm a transaction.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or to circumvent KYC/AML checks. We may suspend accounts suspected of policy violations pending investigation.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Platform and its regulatory approvals evolve; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

7. Regulatory status

INVEST PRO is currently in development/testing. Real-money deposits are not enabled until the company has obtained the applicable Nigerian corporate, SEC/CBN and payment-provider approvals described in our Risk Disclosure.
